The site
This website is published by The Imagination Company to describe our holding company, ventures, and capabilities. It is not an offer to sell securities, license IP, or enter a contract unless we say so in a signed agreement.
Intellectual property
The Imagination Company name, marks, characters, story worlds, text, images, and layout are owned by us or our ventures unless noted. Blendance, The Adventures of Sami, Max and Friends, and other named properties remain the IP of their respective owners inside the group. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break security, submit unlawful content through the contact form, or imply an affiliation we have not confirmed.
Inquiries
Sending a message through the contact form or to [email protected] does not create a confidential or exclusive relationship. Do not send ideas you need us to treat as secret unless we have a non-disclosure agreement in place.
Liability
