How the system fits together

The Imagination Company sits at the center as owner and long-term steward of IP, channels, and ventures. Blendance is the AI-native creative agency and production studio inside the group. It builds content systems, brands, campaigns, AI animation, and production workflows for internal universes and for external partners.

That split matters. A studio that only serves clients rarely protects a ten-year character. A holding company with no studio rarely ships. Together they can create, own, scale, license, and expand without choosing between craft and compounding.

Six disciplines run through Blendance and the holding company: content production, branding and creative direction, AI strategy and transformation, growth and social performance, AI animation, and owned IP and channels. Partners can enter through a single brief. Internally, the same grammar feeds Sami, Max and Friends, and future worlds.

The point of an ecosystem is not a diagram. It is that a character bible written for Sami can inform how Blendance directs a client series, and that a client film system can teach us how to ship Max and Friends faster. Knowledge should travel. Identities should not collapse into one mushy brand.

The Adventures of Sami is Arabic-first educational kids IP — discovery, animals, science, history, nature, world exploration — designed to scale across episodes, shorts, books, songs, apps, games, and merchandise. Max and Friends is a kids music channel: nursery rhymes, melodies, sing-alongs, and musical worlds that can grow on YouTube and beyond. Future characters and products sit behind the same lock until they are ready to be public.
