AI-native creative agency vs traditional: what actually changes
The difference is not software. It is operating model: review gates, bibles, and whether the agency owns a point of view.

The wrong comparison
People compare "AI agency" and "traditional agency" as if one has robots and the other has craft. The useful comparison is: who has an operating system, and who has a pitch?
Traditional shops can be excellent. AI-native shops can be sludge. The variable is direction plus system.
What should change
Exploration gets cheaper. Variants get faster. Localization can be designed in. None of that matters if nobody is allowed to say no to a bad face.
Blendance exists as the studio inside The Imagination Company so we can run AI-native workflows with human gates — on client work and on our own IP. That is the job.
What should not change
Taste. Continuity. A sentence that sounds like a specific brand. The willingness to kill a pretty wrong idea.
How to hire
Ask for the playbook, not the plugin list. Ask who reviews. Ask what they refused to automate. Ask whether they also own worlds — companies that only rent attention have a different clock.
